Issue: Plugin not updating in PopupAlly Pro

Occasionally, some users have had an issue with updating the PopupAlly Pro plugin. This issue is typically server-related, as some hosts block the download.

Manual Fix

You can update your plugin manually by doing the following:

1. Download the zip file from: https://access.accessally.com/popupally-pro/installation/
2. Delete PopupAlly Pro from the plugins list in the WordPress dashboard
3. Upload the zip file and install the latest version of PopupAlly Pro on your site
